In December 2025, I downloaded a database of literally MILLIONS of “easy” food-related keyword ideas and put them inside a Google Drive folder.

Purchasing The Easy Recipe Keyword Database gives you instant access to that folder.

Inside, you will see 885 different spreadsheets, each containing up to 30,000 “easy” keywords from Semrush that contain that specific keyword phrase. 

(I defined “easy” as a keyword difficulty score of 35 or less.)

Here’s a peek at the first handful:

The title of each spreadsheet tells you which keyword the data is for.

For example “arugula_exact-match_us_2025-12-23” contains all the “easy” keywords that included the word “arugula” on the date that I exported it from Semrush (December 23rd, 2025).

You can browse through these at your leisure to find the topics that are relevant to your brand and niche!

If you have a Google account, you can open these spreadsheets inside Google Drive and make a copy of any spreadsheet you want.

Just open the spreadsheet and click File –> Make a copy

Once you have made a copy, you can edit the spreadsheet however you wish.

For example, you may want to sort the spreadsheet by keyword volume to find the highest volume keyword opportunities, or you may want to sort by lowest keyword difficulty score to find the topics that may be easiest to rank for.

You can slice and dice the data however you prefer!

But hopefully this database gives you enough inspiration to create SEO optimized recipe content for years and years without spending tons of $$$ to get this data yourself.

Obviously, rankings, search result layouts, and keyword difficulty scores change over time.

Use this database as a jumping-off point for ideas, but always spot-check the keywords using the keyword research tool of your choice to see the most current data and do your own SERP analysis before deciding whether or not to create SEO-optimized content on the topic.

To sort the spreadsheet by volume, click “Data –> Sort sheet –> Sort sheet by column C (Z to A)”

From this screenshot, some high-volume “easy” ideas for arugula recipes could include:

• prosciutto arugula pizza
• arugula pizza
• arugula salad dressing
• arugula beet salad
• arugula pear salad
• lemon arugula salad

Example of sorting from lowest to highest difficulty:

To sort the spreadsheet by volume, click “Data –> Sort sheet –> Sort sheet by column E (A to Z)”

Based on this screenshot, some lower-volume, but extremely easy arugula recipes to create include:

• arugula salad with feta
• beet and goat cheese arugula salad
• lemon pasta with arugula
• arugula pizza with goat cheese
• arugula radicchio salad
• arugula salad with pine nuts
• sheet pan chicken with potatoes, arugula, and garlic yogurt
• etc. etc. etc.

You can repeat this process to mine ideas inside each of these 885 spreadsheets. Enjoy!!!
