If you submit a request during normal business hours (M-F, 9am-5pm Pacific) you will hear back from us via email as quickly as possible (usually within the hour). Response times may be slower outside of these hours.
Once we begin work on your support request, it should be fixed within 30 minutes.
Please note that we do not proactively look for things to fix on your site. Monthly support requests must be submitted by you when you need assistance.
