Welcome to www.theunconventionalrdbb.com (“Website”). This Website is created and run by The Unconventional RD, LLC (and any employees, independent contractors, volunteers, and interns) (together, “we”, “us”).
Before enrolling in any of The Unconventional RD Services, we recommend that you thoroughly read through these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and the Privacy Policy (“Policy”) (found here: https://www.theunconventionalrdbb.com/privacy-policy/). The Terms and Policy apply to The Unconventional RD Business Bootcamp courses, services, and associated products, and anything posted on the Website (together, “Services”).
By enrolling in any of the Services, you verify that you have read these Terms, and agree to them. Your agreement signifies that you are at least 18 years old and eligible by law to enroll in these Services. You agree by using these Services that you have provided true information as requested on the registration forms.
You may not enroll in any of the Services without agreeing to the Terms of Service. We reserve the right to change or modify these Terms at any time. Any and all updates made are effective immediately, and you will be notified of any changes via email and/or prominent notification on the website. By agreeing to the changes, you may continue to use our Services. If at any time you no longer agree to the Terms, you must immediately cancel your account & suspend your use of our Services. If you violate any of the Terms of Service, we reserve the right to terminate your account. We also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time, for any reason. If you have any questions whatsoever about the content of these terms, please email us at support@theunconventionalrd.com.
By enrolling in any of our Services, you agree to be solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We are not responsible for any fraudulent charges made on your account, or stolen logins or passwords. You agree to notify us immediately at support@theunconventionalrd.com if any suspicious activity has occurred on your account.
Please be aware that agreeing to these Terms by using the Services holds the same weight as a written and signed contract. You agree that you will not challenge the enforceability of these Terms based on the fact that they are electronic.
Please also review our Privacy Policy located here: www.theunconventionalrdbb.com/privacy-policy/
All Services are provided to the best of our ability. However, there is always a chance that something unforeseen may occur. We will do our absolute best to deliver our Services in full and on time, but if some unforeseen event prevents this, you agree to not hold us liable for any fees beyond those paid for our Services.
In no event will we be held liable for any loss of income, leads, sales, or revenue that may occur with your website or business. This includes any accidental or indirect damages that may have occurred due to the use of our Services.
You will be billed for our Services through our payment processor, Stripe.
If you enroll in a recurring payment plan for our Services, you are committing to an automatic monthly recurring charge on your credit card for the duration of the selected plan. For monthly website support plans, all plans require a 6-month minimum subscription. After that, Services are continued automatically on a month-to-month basis and can be cancelled at any time.
We are not able to offer prorated refunds at this time. Once payment has been processed and Services have been rendered, the payment is non-refundable.
If you are dissatisfied with any portion of the Services, or with any of these Terms of Service, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the Services.
If you desire to cancel your subscription to our Services, you may do so at any time by emailing us at support@theunconventionalrd.com. Canceling your subscription means that your account will be closed, any future scheduled recurring payments will not be processed, and Services will no longer be rendered.
If you enrolled in a payment plan for a fixed amount of months and have not yet completed your payments for that plan, you will lose access to the Services at the time of cancellation and the amount already paid will not be refunded.
If you have committed to a six-month plan for one of our Website Support plans, please note that you are obligated to complete the six payments in full, even if you desire to discontinue services before the six months are up.
Each account for our Services is to be used by one person only. Please do not falsely create accounts for any other individuals. Do not share your account with anyone else. If you enjoy our Services, please share the links and encourage your friends to sign up themselves. If we find that you are in violation of these terms (to not share your login with anyone else), we will immediately terminate your Services.
By purchasing a Service, you agree to receive electronic communication from us at the email address provided upon purchase.
If you are enrolled in the “Basic” or higher monthly website support plan, you have an allotted amount of monthly support requests. These requests include anything that takes less than 30 minutes to complete. For more specifics, please review the sales page.
Monthly support requests do not roll over from month to month. Unused requests expire at the end of the month. Requests cannot be combined into larger projects.
If you are unsure whether a specific task would qualify as a monthly support request, email us at support@theunconventionalrd.com to clarify.
In some instances, we may assist with larger projects, but these additional services are only available for current website support clients. If you are a current monthly support customer, email us at support@theunconventionalrd.com for more information. We will provide a custom quote or a trusted referral if we are unable to help.
If you are a monthly website support plan customer, we will perform regular updates of your plugins, theme, and WordPress version.
Please note that we do not typically implement updates the same day they come out, since there can be bugs and conflicts that can occur and it’s never the best idea to be the guinea-pig website (unless, of course, the update is patching a security issue). We keep an eye on new releases and chatter about conflicts before making any updates on your site.
The typical frequency in which we make updates is once per week. Although we are not responsible for any conflicts that may occur due to updates, we will troubleshoot any issues to the best of our abilities if they arise.

As with anything, results may vary and are influenced by many factors, including your individual capacity, business experience, expertise, and level of motivation. There are no guarantees on the level of success you may experience. There is no guarantee that you will make any income at all and you accept that earnings and income levels vary from person to person.
You agree that we are not liable for any success or failure of your business that is directly or indirectly related to the purchase and use of our information and Services reviewed or advertised on this Website.
We do our best to ensure the continued service of the Website and Services. In the event of any emergency repairs, natural disasters, or unforeseen technological errors that may interrupt our Services, you agree to under no conditions hold us liable for any losses, lack of availability, discontinuance, suspension, or termination of our Services. You agree that your access and use of Services is on an ‘As Is” and “As Available” condition.
We also reserve the right to modify Services at any time, and will not be held liable for any price increases, service changes, or discontinuation of Services. We are not responsible for any technical malfunctions of online systems, servers, service providers, or email accounts that prevent the timely delivery of our Services. We are also not responsible for any damages that may occur from downloading any content from the Website. Use of these Services is at your own risk.
We make no guarantees in regards to any of the recommendations or advice given on the Website or other Services. While the advice provided may have worked for us or others, there is no guarantee that it will also work for you, or that if you do the exact same steps you will see the same results. This Website uses cookies, small files which are placed on your computer’s hard drive after you have given permission, and help us analyze our web traffic and sites visited by our users. We only use this information for statistical analysis purposes.
A cookie in no way gives us access to your computer or any information about you, other than the data you choose to share with us.
You can choose to accept or decline cookies. Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually modify your browser settings to decline cookies if you prefer. This may prevent you from taking full advantage of our Website.

This helps us understand which types of ads are connecting with people, and which ones aren’t, so we can improve our marketing efforts. We reserve the right to implement pixels from other social platforms in the future, as they become available.
This Website uses cookies through Google Analytics to determine what pages and posts are being viewed on the site, where traffic is coming from, bounce rate, time on site, etc. This data is anonymous and is used to improve the type of content we create and the user experience.

We will never use or share your personal information to send you spam or unrelated offers. We may share your information with affiliated companies to manage credit card processing and email systems. We reserve the right to transfer our information, including your personal information, provided that the receiving party agrees to respect your personal information in a manner that is consistent with our Privacy Policy. On certain occasions, we may need to share your personal information in accordance with legal obligations.
We use reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect your personal information against theft, loss, and unauthorized access, including the use of an SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) security certificate, using a plugin to limit incorrect logins, and only working with reputable third-party companies. Although we always do our best, no system is 100% secure, and therefore, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information and cannot assume liability for improper access to it.
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our Website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
Personal information will be stored until one of the following: 1) you request for your information to be deleted, 2) we discontinue our use of certain third-party tools that collect data, or 3) we decide that the value of the information storage no longer outweighs the costs.
If you have an account on this site or have left comments, you can request to receive a file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us.
You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you, or that we stop processing any data we have collected from you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
If you notice that any information we have on file is incorrect, you have the right to ask for it to be corrected as soon as possible. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority at any time.
If a data breach ever occurs, we will notify you via email as soon as possible, including what information may have been compromised, how we corrected the breach, and how to protect yourself moving forward.
