You can count either one, but if you use Semrush you will have to run the analyses separately because it counts “videos” and “video carousels” separately. A carousel will give you more chances to be featured (since it’s a 3-pack) compared to a single video, but technically if video is present in any form, there’s a chance for you to take one of the spots.
