Hmmm this all looks correct! The next thing I would do to troubleshoot would be to “follow” the path of an individual subscriber who completed the 5 day email series but did not receive the evergreen newsletter.
Did they successfully get moved over to the evergreen newsletter automation? (If not, then that’s where we need to troubleshoot).
If yes, and they are IN the evergreen newsletter automation, but just not receiving the emails, then we need to troubleshoot there.
If you click into the individual profile of one of these users, you can check which emails they have received, which tags and custom fields they have, and which sequences they are currently active in.
(Hard to troubleshoot from afar like this, but doing my best!)
