    This is almost impossible to troubleshoot without being able to access your account and see what’s happening! Did you use a template for the email?

    ConvertKit support might be able to give you more specific, actionable advice since they’ll be able to see your account backend and the details for that email you sent out.

    But yes, there is a “preview email” button for broadcasts that you can use to preview what the email will look like on browsers and/or in email clients and you can also send a test email to yourself!
