    I just checked your site and I’m able to see your sticky bar just fine!

    I would just recommend playing with the font sizing a little bit to make the CTA pop and also work on the copy to make the description of the lead magnet a little more tangible.

    For example… the current title, “How to Decrease Inflammation: Rewarding Approaches for Women over 40” doesn’t really highlight the tangible benefits someone will get.

    Can you make it more actionable or timebound? (Ex a certain number of steps/tips/strategies, etc. or a certain timeframe they can start to see the results?)

    Does your ideal audience *really* want to “reduce inflammation”? Or is there a more specific symptom they are trying to get rid of? (Brain fog, bloating, puffiness, joint pain, etc.)

    How are they describing their problems in their own words? Mirror that back to them in the CTA.

    That will lead to a MUCH better opt-in rate than the current wording!
