No worries! It’s just the “API Key” and “API Secret” codes that you put into the ConvertKit plugin settings to get it to connect to your ConvertKit account.
To reset them, just delete the 2 codes you currently have within the plugin settings, save, and then re-paste the codes back in and save again.
You could also re-save the form in ConvertKit to “reset” it as well.
I would also recommend clearing any caches you have on your site (and server) in case that’s interfering. (If you’re not sure how to do that, your host should be able to help you out.)
But it’s definitely possible that you have some other plugin installed or theme settings or something that are preventing the CK form from loading. In that case, getting personalized support from ConvertKit will be your best bet!
