It depends how you added the form to your site.
If you used the ConvertKit plugin or embedded with javascript, it will update automatically for you. (May need to clear the cache on your site though.)
If you pasted the full HTML, then you’ll have to re-copy and paste the full code, since all the details of how the form should look are hard-coded into that html.
