Ah, my best guess is that CK doesn’t create the GDPR consent tags (and probably the location tags) until it actually has a subscriber to apply the tags to.

(So if no one has joined your list from the EU yet and given consent, then the tags won’t be there yet.)

That’s fine, just put this on your to-do list to circle back to next month when you’re ready to actually send emails to your list.
