    First just to say, great job and hopefully this feedback helps. These are good start, but I’m curious if you’re focused solely on snacks or what are your 5-steps? When I see 5 steps I am thinking you’re going to tell me 5 things I need to do to nail swim nutrition, thinking awareness, picking the right snacks, planning/prepping snacks, etc. If you’re heading that direction, do you want to be more definitive about emails 1 and 2. It’s not clear what’s different between email 1 and 2. Email 1 talks about nailing nutrition and then next email is nutrition 101. Do you have a more concrete “win” for the day? Maybe add a planning and prep email and try to cover the nutrition snacking basics in one email?
