I think you’re onto something, but needs a little tweaking! (It reads too “chatgpt wrote this” with all the excessive exclamation points right now lol).

I also think the hook could be more clear. It starts out making me think I’ll get info on staying strong as I age, but then the 2nd half of the hook makes me think it’s more about easy meals, so the tangible benefit I’ll receive is a little unclear. I will come back on Monday with some more specific feedback!
