    It sounds like there was probably some user error when trying to authenticate your domain with convertkit.

    Did you accidentally override your A record or a CNAME record that was already there? You just want to add additional records for the convertkit info, not mess with anything that was already there.

    I would reach out to your website host and they can probably help you restore the records to what they need to be to properly connect your domain to your website!
