I think you’re on the right track, but the hook needs to be stronger / more tangible. “learn to love vegetables” is still too vague.

What about something like this: “Veggie Victory: A 5-Step Plan to Turn Veggie Skeptics into Veggie Lovers”?

It’s still the same idea, but it makes it time-bound (just 5 days) and ties it to a concrete transformation/benefit (transforming a veggie skeptic to a veggie lover)

I also think you could pare the content of the freebie WAY back. Resist the urge to dump everything you know into a 5-day series of emails. That may overwhelm people more than help them achieve a quick win.
