I do feel that those 2 offers (quick meal planning help for parents and getting kids involved in the kitchen) are 2 separate needs/problems to solve and they won’t always overlap.

If you want to get traction ASAP and become known as a go-to resource for solving a specific problem, I would pick one of them and focus really tightly on helping that ideal avatar to the best of your abilities. You can always expand later, but it’s much much harder to try and serve multiple audiences than to pick one and run with it.

If you feel more drawn to helping families cook in the kitchen together, I would make sure your lead magnet is attracting THAT specific person, not just any parent who wants meal planning help.

Otherwise, you may grow your audience, but it will be filled with non-ideal customers and hurt the likelihood of successfully selling something related to cooking with kids to that audience later down the line.

    Hope that helps!
