    Definitely focus on getting a good lead magnet set up ASAP.

    You can sell to your list in due time, but if you don’t have a good way of getting your current audience onto your list (and nurturing your connection with them long-term), you’ll be throttling your sales in the future.

    Once you have a lead magnet and newsletter process set up, THEN we will start sprinkling in automated sales systems.
