Ah, I relate to this so much! Especially the part about not wanting to get sucked back into 1:1 work. (It’s so hard to say no sometimes!)
Do you have a solid understanding of the problems the people who want to work with you 1:1 want to solve? Your niche seems perfectly primed for a good online course or group program. My hunch is that with the right positioning and marketing, it would do very well.
