Currently I make most from one-on-one clients. I would like to move away from this in the future but am happy to continue and I start to build my business. I did just launch my first e-book called the Runner’s Fueling Guide to help educate runner’s on their nutrition needs. I would like to start a group class in the near future but still need to put some time and thought into that.
